For one night only Claude Bosi will be hosting an evening at Hive – our honey-based concept restaurant at Selfridges London. Known for his contemporary approach to French fine dining Claude Bosi has designed a range of deliciously cutting-edge dishes each featuring Hive’s signature ingredient – natural honey. From sweet and sour lobster with this season’s radish and linden honey to English strawberries with cream with and montagne honey – expect innovative ingredient pairings brought to life with classical cooking techniques.
